c. Application means the software program provided by the Company used by You on any electronic device, named Oso Cloud

d. Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Oso Security, Inc., 72 Madison Ave, Suite 200, New York, NY 10010. For the purpose of the GDPR, the Company is the Data Controller.
